This course is an introduction to German and aimed at both beginners with no knowledge and participants with basic knowledge of the language.

No knowledge of German required.
Contents
The course follows the standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) for level A1.
By the end of the course, you will be able to understand and use familiar everyday expressions and basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type: introducing yourself and others, asking and answering basic questions about personal details such as living situation, employment, and interests.
Goals
The primary goal of the course is the development of communication, with emphasis on speaking and listening. To achieve this, each learner engages in as many communicative situations as possible.
Methods
Discussion rounds, exercises, grammar input, solving tasks, working in small groups. In addition, an online learning platform with additional material will be provided.
