Kurzprofil

Teaching Philosophy

Teaching is one of the most fundamental human qualities, as well as learning. It is the chain that links and connects generations to each other as teachers transfer their knowledge to their students.

Teaching is not only about instruction, it is also about inspiration and the excitement of the new – of new information. I strongly believe that successful learning is also orientated around an atmosphere of enjoyment. By this I mean that both the teacher and the students look forward to their next lessons with a sense of expectation, excitement and anticipation of fun.

However, in order for the students to reach the set learning objectives it must be made clear that lessons are not only about fun. The students must realise that hard work, discipline and faith in themselves are the integral ingredients to improve and advance the students’ professional development levels.
